Twisted Love

The novel follows Ava Chen, a sheltered young woman with a traumatic, forgotten past. When her older brother, Josh, leaves town for a year of medical residency, he asks his best friend, Alex Volkov, to keep an eye on her and live in the attached apartment of their building.  Alex is a cold, ruthless billionaire with a dark past and a single-minded focus on revenge against the man who killed his family. He has only a “tiny crack” of humanity and views Ava as a distraction he can tolerate for his best friend. Despite their initial animosity and Alex’s icy demeanor, a powerful, protective attraction develops between them.
